When it comes to weight....a lot of people in Louisiana do not go to the gym and it shows. I see women with arms bigger than my thighs (pause).
when you start to see a noticeable gut or rolls, start changing what you eat and exercise. A lot of women here eat like men.
Women carry weight differently than men. That weight be in their faces and arms. And when it get to your arms it’s very hard to lose. Them auntie arms and fat faces are rampant here. At young ages too. I’m taking 22-27, sometimes younger.
women can’t believe Serena is only 160. But she’s a 5’9 world class hall of fame athlete. That’s muscle. That same 160 looks much different on a 5’2 frame. I saw a former coworker fall off a cliff inside of 2 years, exasperated by a baby. She’s at least 200 pounds now. And she’s 22. It’s over for her. Not to be outdone by a guy who gained at least 60-70 pounds and he’s like 6’2. Straight pregnant gut status. Adjusted for height most black women SHOULD BE 120-150, but they get mad because “imma lose my ass and titties”. I only know 5 women who take working out seriously. 4 of them have kids, 1 doesn’t. One of them who does documents. And she was like 160 or so but barely 5 feet. Most women would say she is “fine and thick” but even she pushed to get as close to 140 as she could and because she strength trains she doesn’t look as heavy as the scales say.
sorry for the long ass book.
I have a cousin who was married at like 19 or so fourteen years ago and now has like seven kids. Lol She was overweight by kid three and was gaining more and more at four. Before the fifth, she decided she was going to change her lifestyle. Eat right, in the gym six days a week. When I was visiting them over the holidays maybe five years ago, I remember her telling me it wasn't fair to her husband who worked sixty-eighty hours a week to provide for them that she couldn't fit her wedding dress anymore. She's been a healthy weight for the past few years now. Her sister has has two kids over the past five or so years and she never gained a bunch of weight.
I have another cousin who's in her mid-thirties and recently had her first baby. When I hear Kevin say, "How did your dad allow you to get to that weight?" it's hilarious, 'cause I was riding with her dad a couple years ago and we were talking about how fat black women have become. He said, "I would never let Cousin get that big." She snapped back within weeks after having her kid too, 'cause she was working out and eating right while pregnant and then went HAM after delivery.
One of the craziest things I ever witnessed in Japan was this goofy looking New Zealand dude's gorgeous Japanese wife (and I'm not really attracted to Japanese chicks, so that's saying something) coming to the restaurant we were playing poker at about a week after giving birth and looking as if she had never been pregnant before.
Even though I'm not into Japanese women facially, I will say that after six years there, weight is an even bigger thing to me now than before I lived there. Maybe my "standards" are just low or whatever, but I tend to look favorably upon almost any woman with a good figure. My future wife doesn't have to be a "dime piece" or whatever silly shyt. As long as she's in shape and takes care of her skin, I don't really care.
