It's true. Unless you're that guy who is that good, if you don't fit the mold you won't get the promotion or job period. They want a certain look. It's why in business, tattoos are still frowned upon even if your sleeves cover them up. I've grown my hair since last March. I'm not cutting it unless I feel like it. I just keep it neat and lined up.
