You not all the way wrong. This is what happens when a community lacks male leadership (not just fathers). A lone father might be a man of value who can teach you things. A network of male leaders guarantees it.

(Which is lowkey KS' purpose. His goal is to train millennials and zoomers to create these networks. How the up-and-coming well-to-do choose spouses is the linchpin to any community wide change.)

The issue with his form of grandstanding is that his generation (Gen-X) and social class group (D9, Black elite) generally pretty much sucked at creating dynamic networks. And by dynamic networks, I mean networks in white collar spaces in which Black executives and managers have the power to engage in varying level of nepotism on the part of young Black workers. Even if one believes the system is essentially meroticartic--as he seemingly does--it does not change the fact that an important factor in getting into these corps is who you know inside the corp and how much power they weild within the corp.

Yeah think of black radio. There is no such thing as grooming the next gen because the same old heads hogged the roles for 40 years lol.

in corporate world black people cant even put their kids on, let alone their frat brothers, so imagine just any ol black dude tryna get put on.

You're right, that particular crib would be 4k with 3.5 percent down and 3550 with 20 percent down. calculator didn't pull in the taxes

I pulled random crib I'm 3rd ward

Houston getting more expensive. Even I'm garden oaks and oak forest the nicer houses cost more than that
Yea I was gonna comment on that as well. As more folks realize the value in living here these costs have been raising a bit faster than I would expect, especially in certain areas

Exactly, one of the most frustrating and eye-opening experiences I ever had was when a group of 40-55 year old veteran Black attorneys came to talk to me and my classmates and after telling us about the grit and grind we had to do turned around and asked us "How can we help you, because we are not really sure what we can do given our schedules" :gucci: I'm like how the fucc you been practicing and navigating Big Law for 20+ years and don't have a replicable set of systems ready to implement and transfer?!

I've had my boys who are Ques and Alphas be consistently underwhelmed by their older frat brothers' inability to help them navigate the corporate environment.

Dudes get they ass beat, graduate and working at enterprise car rental in a front line role not even back office. Thess black networks are all a farce and when you actually in the networks its a pissing contest opposed to “how can we take over together”.

I dunno, you don't hear as many average men calling in saying they dumped their girlfriend because they thought they could do better or saying they want to marry a dime wife that cooks and cleans as much as you see average women saying they want a six figure husband that will pay all their bills.

i know a lot of these women be just talking and saying shyt they know damn well won’t happen, but it’s still crazy that you got below average women with no money calling his show talking bout they don’t wanna work

I mean nobody WANTS to work, but :dead:

:jbhmm:Somebody obviously needs to organize the random bm who make it into viable networks, families and all...

On the point of the failures of his generation and the d9 crowd, i don't disagree and I've argued that position before, but we here now and it's 2020, what we gon do? The atomistic millennials and zoomers must be wrangled into a cohesive group. We as a ppl are really about to be fukked, we need new leaders.

yeah networking for black folks just ain’t the same

I’ve had some of my frat homeboys say that dudes who can put people on are hesitant to pull strings and do so cuz if they bring on a black person who doesn’t fully “deserve” to be there, they get way more scrutiny than a white guy who gets hired and doesn’t deserve to be there

Before amazon he was still loaded? You're naive if you think any amount of money is going to satiate a chick who is done.

Anyway, were just going to disagree. It seems our goals are too different in general. I could literally give two shyts about marriage, a family, kids, the american dream bullshyt. Its really not my goal or lifestyle. I'm never wifing shyt, that's just me. I'm not ignorant to money being a separator, I work for a bank after all. I'm just saying this whole "you'll never find a great woman if you not the top 1% of man" shyt is retarded and isn't based in reality. And everyone's definition of a superior mate is different in general. Just from this discourse I'm 100% sure our ideas of a high value woman are completely different.

I'll make six figures in a couple years. Who cares, to be honest. I'm single, no kids, and already make more than the median household by myself. It means nothing. My long term fwb and I were chilling the other day and she was like how does it feel to make good money now. I told her it doesn't feel like anything. I just can afford to buy more shyt. That's it. And I re iterated to her I don't have no money. I look at the bank statement from some people and its fairly incomprehensible.

So even though I have bread it feels like such a goofy thing to base your self worth or how you judge others off of. I don't look down on others. Be excellent to everyone or life will humble you, because anyone can go broke. And its always going to be someone with more money, unless you're a billionaire.

So basically you are just butthurt cause you are not high value. Nobody cares what you might make in a few years. You ain't making it right now and don't make the cut off. It is what is. Nothing wrong with being a medium value male. Most people don't start at the top.

And if you are not looking to get married why do even care about this discussion? Do you.
