My point is that telling men that everything is about "vibe" and "game" is misleading. It causes these guys to not bother looking at themselves OBJECTIVELY because they swear everything could be fixed if they just tweak their "game".

Well to be truthful the average garbage man makes just as much or more in salary than a teacher does per year. They are in the same class. When Kev talks about value.. he is referring mostly to earnings cause at the end of the day that's what rules our capitalistic society.

Does a janitor make as much bank as them? Do you need to go to school to become a garbage man or janitor?

Teachers get paid low, but there’s no way anyone can say that those two professions are the same value as a teacher.

I’d say 650k will more be in the 4-5k range unless you dropped 20 percent down.but a 650k house here will absolutely have you in the top 10 neighborhoods in terms of multiple metrics at that.

And at the same time, no amount of "vibe" is going to make a women sexually attracted to you if she already wasn't.

My original point was that men think everything--not just dating--is about shyt like confidence. Every single thing is just "believe in yourself". Never anything PRACTICAL. The callers were saying shyt like "I'm a high value man because I believe I am".

You're right, that particular crib would be 4k with 3.5 percent down and 3550 with 20 percent down. calculator didn't pull in the taxes

I’m going off current interest rates and a 30 year loan. That note is actually higher than it should be cuz the downpayment was 3.5 percent when it should be 20

I figured taxes are insane in Chicago compared to Texas and considering I want to live in the city’s it would probably cost more. Plus you’d get land and a personal garage in Texas I figure.
