Why did you list private school?
If your kid costs 10k a year you do not need to make 300k in Houston or Dallas

I agree with this, which is why I actually think it's a waste of time for him to constantly talk about high value instead of talking about general self-improvement and adjusting your expectations in a mate. a 650 k crib down here with the bare minimum down payment is gonna cost 3k a month after taxes and home owners insurance. A 3-4K yearly contribution per child put into a fund will cover college. 2 nice cars and car insurance will cost between 1200-1800 a month depending on how nice you wanna go

1 percent of the country makes 300k. You obviously don’t need to be in the top 1 percent for a stay at home wife

I'm not just talking about money. Looks is the elephant in the room. Kevin Samuels rarely considers that for some reason.
And I've seen your posts in the Quick Gems thread. You said it yourself that women find you physically attractive. And there's nothing wrong with that.
My point is that telling men that everything is about "vibe" and "game" is misleading. It causes these guys to not bother looking at themselves OBJECTIVELY because they swear everything could be fixed if they just tweak their "game".
They'll complain about Pookie and Ray Ray all day. But what they ignore is that Pookie is 6'5 and works out and Ray Ray has green eyes.

I mean I agree to extent. I know for a fact plenty of times my looks and mouthpiece got me in the door or fukking on something nice. But then when theyd find out I didn't have the OPTION of blowing a bag on they ass it went sour. Not even saying they was all gold digging but the fact I couldn't def lost me some relationship potentials.
all that said if your goal is to fukk pretty women your first goal should be to work on your look and then get baptised by fire by just going out and trying. Only thing money is gonna do for a lame is get them taken advantage of.

I’m going off current interest rates and a 30 year loan. That note is actually higher than it should be cuz the downpayment was 3.5 percent when it should be 20
