It’s dope the way he broke it down for that nurse who said she wasn’t looking for a high value man but revealed she was just trying to be coy and skate around his questions. Haven't watched lately, but the lifestyle issue is major. A lot of it has to do with people not updating their numbers when it comes to their aspirations. As a millennial you have to be conscious that your baby boomer parents had a lower cost of obtaining things, you gotta be skeptical even talking COL numbers with Gen-Xers.

But that doesn't mean you can't take their counsel into consideration, just understand that the role student loan debt and the quick increased costs of renting/owning (especially if you in a Tier 1 metro) means you playing the game with a different deck.

Black women add extra layers of stress trying to force the issue when it comes to lifestyle.

Shows like Love & Hip Hop, Basketball Wives, etc in the 2010s and social media now has warped people's heads, black women in particular. They see these baby mama's of ball players and rappers dressing nice and driving luxury cars or these thots on IG posting up in exotic places or/and wearing designer clothes not realizing most of these women either are faking it, got extremely lucky to get knocked up by a pro athlete or entertainer or showing/selling p*ssy. Is the desire to take trips to Dubai, Thailand, etc and wear the nicest clothes enough to get into major debt or getting slutted out by a tricking African, Arab, drill rapper, etc worth it?!

I'm glad he checked one of those young ladies on IG last night when he said a lot of these "boss chicks" on social media are broke or if making money, not enough to live the lifestyle they want.

I saw that, I think it was the chick who was out here renting cars etc. The way KS broke down her life and her selfish act was crazy. To say and think that these chicks put themselves over their future family. The selfish act is what they are bringing into the relationships.

How do you want a family but you do not know how to be in a family, nor know the rules of what a family is built upon. Do Modern Women Know the Rules of A Family?

Most think being married and having a baby is a family, that only describes the union, the positive things that you do as a wife and mother with your husband, and child/children are what defines what a family and home is. These things make a man wanna stay with the family and rush home.

I just smh at these women callers, the selfishness and entitlement that they carry, them not knowing that these traits are enemies of building a wonderful family structure. Those traits or women who posses those traits comes with no peace and tranquility which are the things many men seek.

Boss chick, for me that's an automatically smash and dash, not taking that type of energy serious. Never in my life have I heard my grandmother (Madea) talk about being a boss chick smh.

Usually these 'boss chicks' know it all, can't tell them nothing and always wanna be on the scene, do things for others. shyt is stupid. alot of this stuff got brehs with they head on pumping the breaks on even managing rosters like that because on top of having to deal with their nature, you gotta prevent their baggage from interfering with what you got going on, and lotta brehs at a point like "man it aint even worth it just for sex".

So true, it at times is not worth the headache, the energy, the inviting someone into your personnel space with off energy and baggage can be a set back for yourself. Having too many or a few off energies that don't match yours can throw a person whole vibration off. You know when you have ran into a woman with baggage, when things are over with, it feels like a heavy boulder has been lifted off your shoulders or you get back focused per say.

Baggage it seems that many women have, whether it be kids, her mental state (the mental part is a common issue, a lot of women don't know how to really live life, most think that you have to do something grand or be somewhere where to enjoy life. Be on the scene makes life or a relationship/datingship "popping" to some, I understand you don't wanna be bored, but I do also understand, doing something simple brings joy to a person, walking, hiking, puzzles.
I can't tell you the last time, I met a chick who said she did a puzzle lol. That is a hobby and it stimulates the mind, puzzles and jazz or R&B music is relaxing.

KS said that women may call a man cheap or frugal but most women have bad spending habits/reckless with their money, while that man may understand his means. That's the disconnect.

But what you stated, that baggage part is big, just a personality and bad mind-set can be baggage. Adult women, thinking like a child can become a burden.
