The new gen only want jobs that satisfy their passion. They don’t believe in working 2 jobs to fuel their dream job cause they think it’s a waste of time.

I'm a older millennial and worked a variety of different jobs in my life. Worked in a call center, worked in lower management in corporate America, was in the military, worked as a security guard, valet at a strip club, stocker and cashier at a grocery store and retail, to currently being a respiratory therapist for the past ten years. A good chunk of older brothers could work a variety of gigs before finding some purpose. Now some of the stuff Kevin might have exaggerated but I definitely agree older cats really had to hustle.

He contradicts on the point to an extent. If a girl was with a dude in college and she breaks up with him he'll scold her for not marrying him. He advocates for what he calls a "ikea" marriage. Usually college dudes are broke and just starting their careers so their money is low since they haven't gotten established yet so she can't build with a dude as he progresses in his career.
I can see both sides to though.
Personally I don't think people should be marrying in their early 20s to begin with but they're obvious exemptions and some people can make it work.
So he should not give a damn about portraying negative stereotypes of black women by posting certain videos, but removing those that may contribute to the stereotypes of black men, when you have a international audience. That is him saying, yeah this woman is ghetto and isn’t a great representation of black women, but it’s entertaining so I’m going to post it anyway for white people , Asian people, and the world to see. That’s why other women have called in assuming they can also comment on black women. Y’all refuse to see that this dude is a hustler...Why would you be a black person and contribute to that. As if black women are not already seen as abrasive and over sexualized already. Black people have not had control of their image period. this is the thing potential = risk. I think alot of yall are caught up in western culture when it comes to age which is fine but the rest of the world doesnt work like that. As a father you want your daughter to be in hands you are sure about. Its easier to vet an older man who is established than to put your life in the hands of someone you “hope” will make it. Women dont have the same time we have to keep failing and eventually win, the urgency for them should be higher.

coming up lotta brehs worked multiple jobs in one year let alone every few years. I think the dudes who find Kevs wide range of jobs as weird are either bums that just stayed in the house all day or cats who were always taken care of and never had to grind on their own.
