Excuses.
Men far and wide eat like shyt. And on top of eating like shyt, they go to the doctor FARRRRRR less than women. Especially single men because married men are forced by their wives. Single men die sooner than everyone else because they spent most of their lives indulging in drinking, smoking and eating burgers and fries. Meanwhile married men get force fed broccoli and carrots by their wives because women have healthier lifestyle habits then men.
Lifestyle habits are the literal biggest influence on your health. You can come home late after a long shift and make a salad, shyt takes 5 seconds to do. It takes no time to throw some broccoli on the stove. It takes no time to bring a bag of carrots and ranch to work for a snack. But the truth is, y’all don’t want to. Y’all want chips and fries and steaks and burgers. You don’t want salads. You don’t want brussels sprouts. You don’t want “greens” unless it’s swimming in oil with a ham hock in the middle. And that’s the problem.
Anyone who works with both men and women will tell you what their lunches look like. Women love their little balsamic asiago salads with nuts and berries, meanwhile men will go to subway and get the italian special. Everyday. And it’s not just black men. White men are KNOWN to be the top offenders with red meat which causes high LDL cholesterol. But the difference is, white men are often married and so they go to the doctor WAY more than black men. So their diseases get caught very early and are treated. Black men eat like shyt and also do not get checked. That’s the problem.
