cmon man.....having caffeine every day is not healthy. i'm not speaking of KS and his habits, but i'm talking about in general. Caffeine addiction is normalized because people think they need it to get through the work day and substitute (or "supplement") it with natural energy from working out and a healthy diet. Think of how many a$$holes there are with the "don't talk to me until i've had my coffee" attitude. they're straight up addicts and no one blinks an eye just because it is legal.

This attitude starts in high school. Them same kids who was chugging dunkin donuts at 16 are at 32. I shouldn't look a decade younger than my peers. I do the bare minimum when comes to taking care of myself. Hell I look young than my youngest brother and I got 5 years on him.

I never heard of anyone dying from hypertension. Esp since he allegedly viagra which is actually aids in lowering blood pressure.
