I remember like 6 months before his death, his fans were literally BEGGING him to get an assistant. Like literally begging him either in the comment section or the live stream. He would always reply "I don't need no assistant. I run a million dollar business by myself"

Also there were times when I would see a new video up of his main late night show, then I would see Instagram clips of stuff he would do in the afternoon. Like when does he have time to sleep?

Was it that hard to hire an assistant to be your sound check/mixer/IT guy? And maybe another one who schedules appointments for you?

Then you mix that with a bad diet

Been said 60+ work weeks was unsustainable. We got clowned for wanting to work 40+ a week in that other thread. I spent 5 years living like....it fukked my health and memory up. The money wasn't worth it. But nikkas got a fetish for living to work. That's gonna be your future. Ppl with money barely work, actually on the clock, 30+ hours.

American diet gets enough blame but far too little attention is paid to the overall lifestyle. Nikkas don't move anymore

Human beings weren't meant to sit down for 8+ hours a day but what do most Americans do? You sit in a car to drive to work, if you work at a desk you sit there all day, then nikkas go home and sit down watching TV till they sleep and repeat the cycle. Sitting is literally killing nikkas.

Humans were built to walk, run, squat, and jump. Get yo ass up

Nikkas also seem to hate water. Americans eat fast food all week and get drunk every weekend then everybody's shocked when a nikka drops dead at 46. Organs dried up and struggling because you can't even bother to drink a liter of water a day

We need salt to survive. But if your most significant movement of the day is walking to the car and the bathroom and Sprite is your main source of hydration you got some hard times ahead

Energy drinks are just caffeine, sugar, amino acids, and b-vitamins. None of these things are enough to cause hypertension. In fact, ingredients like the amino acid taurine help with hypertension. People are unnecessarily afraid of caffeine in particular even though caffeine consumers live longer than non-caffeine consumers.

Kevin Samuels was likely just genetically unlucky (and I don't like blaming genetics on things) since he also got cancer when he was in his 20s (iirc).

cmon man.....having caffeine every day is not healthy. i'm not speaking of KS and his habits, but i'm talking about in general. Caffeine addiction is normalized because people think they need it to get through the work day and substitute (or "supplement") it with natural energy from working out and a healthy diet. Think of how many a$$holes there are with the "don't talk to me until i've had my coffee" attitude. they're straight up addicts and no one blinks an eye just because it is legal.
