That working 60+ hours lifestyle is not for me, shyt shortens your lifespan

I guess he had high blood pressure. Then why mix that with viagra when there are herbal supplements he can use that have the same effect?
The high value man didn’t value his life. Then again everything goes out of the window when you see a good p*ssy standing in front of you butt naked.
Celsius actually has more caffeine in it then a small red bullYea son was wyling off them Red Bulls. It's rough because we have to work a lot to live in this country and to get 6 figures but at what cost. I been on the Celcius, coffee and red bull less Red Bull though and trying to drink a gallon of water a day. I work remote, study for certs do bjj and gym in a week at 28 yrs old.
You still the breadwinner whether you married or not. KS killed himself by overworking and he was single...His story is an old one. Men die before women for two reasons: we ignore warning signs, and we work ourselves to death trying to live up to other peoples expectations.
I've known other people whose fathers and granfathers didn't live to see 65. If youre working hard as hell, allowing women to stress you out, and not sleeping deeply and taking time for yourself, it will catch up to you. Everything comes with a price. He sacrificed his health for his career like many of us do.
Its why I don't buy into the man as breadwinner thing that people hold onto. My father's own health suffered while he tried to hold down the family. The man was almost never home and when he was, he was exhausted. He tried to put on a brave face but I could tell he was hurting inside. We all saw it but he tried to stay quiet and not trouble us.
I'd rather have had a dad who was home than one who had to retire early and go to the hospital multiple times. shyt is traumatic and no man should have to live like that if he has a choice. I absolutely refuse to pair up with a woman who won't work. I'm not trying to be dead before 60 or feel like a burden on my family(whether its actually true or not, you still FEEL like a burden)
Big Shirley got her hypertension under control too .I’m not trying to be funny but he spent a lot of time dedicated to worrying about big Shirley’s and fat people’s health but ironically he died the way he told them they would go.

Our current system requires men to be thrown into the meat grinder. The amount of work for the amount of pay we get is absolutely criminal. Wage theft is the most underreported and prosecuted crime in the country. In order for this to work, men have to be willing to work themselves to death for far less than what they're worth and be grateful for the opportunity. I hate how the term 'toxic masculinity' has been thrown around because the idea behind toxic masculinity is that there are things that kill men needlessly and make us suffer that we're meant to just shut up and accept or else we're not 'real men' its a bullshyt idea designed to make us grist for the mill.
nikkas dying every day because they can't cook a healthy meal because they're exhausted from 16 hour shifts. nikkas never seeing their kids because they have to be on their feet for 12 hours a day. Dudes getting deployed to go fight in a country that we have no business being in, then being treated like absolute shyt when they come back from service by the same govt. That sent them there. nikkas getting killed in court because of child support payments and alimony, having to take another job to get their basics. Its unsustainable and its not in our best interest.
Those women will also end up on a cocktail of medications, and will also die from organ failure.
Bad diets and lifestyles will always catch up.
Eventually the bill will be due - and you will pay what you owe.

It has nothing to do with being married or your woman being a housewife. Some people got the bag so they can afford a housewife. The average american can't and most men are married with working women. Still, the lifespan of the american men keep dropping...
It's about being healthy and not overworking yourself in the name of the bag. Be happy with what you got.
All that sugar will spike insulin but the caffeine probably masked the crash. That’s a lot of stress to put on the body coupled with all the other things mentioned.Energy drinks are just caffeine, sugar, amino acids, and b-vitamins. None of these things are enough to cause hypertension. In fact, ingredients like the amino acid taurine help with hypertension. People are unnecessarily afraid of caffeine in particular even though caffeine consumers live longer than non-caffeine consumers.
Kevin Samuels was likely just genetically unlucky (and I don't like blaming genetics on things) since he also got cancer when he was in his 20s (iirc).
Take care of yourselves brehs.
I have a coworker who drinks a gallon a day who is in her late 20s and has chronic inflammation and asthma. She is always sick with a cold and just got over covid. I just put her on to fasting. Hopefully it helps. She's very sicklyAnother factor in blood pressure many doctors know but won't tell you is proper hydration. Very few people take the time to properly hydrate. Your body needs a lot of water. And if it's lacking your heart will suffer. Also caffeine is a diuretic. If you drink coffee or tea you need to drink more water than others.
It's a long shot and would be hard to prove but I'd wager a good 70% of heart issues and health issues in general is just plain poor hydration.
Name someone who drinks a ton of water that has health issues or even gets sick. I bet you can't do it.
THey said he did'nt sleep alot and was busy trying to get so much done. This high value busy busy busy money money money life everybody pushes can put you in the ground if you don't take care of your health and focus on relationships(like he said). He should have taken it easy and worked out more with no red bull and just take supplements like you said. I dont think he took viagara. They DID say he took the 3rd shot or the booster shot which may have also had some affect on his heart rate.
But yeah talking to bull headed women every night he should have been hitting the gym more often and eating healthier
