Some of what you mention here is true to a point, but recent history shows that even the homely, less than attractive doting housewife can eventually cheat, have an affair or get tired of their husband(s) and file for a divorce at any time so really there aren't any guarantees or iron clad guidelines when it comes to picking the right woman for marriage. Marriage these days are only for suckers! The only real remedy for men not to get screwed mentally and/or financially via the law/court system is not to get married in the first place.

yes but if you screen logically you can save yourself a lot of heartache

alot of people are on the past is the past but a woman that sleeps around alot before marriage is not a suitable partner to walk down the aisle

same with attention whores, women from broken families, women without a father figure, women who clubbed and bar hopped and now want to settle down, women with a bunch of males orbiting around their circle, women with ratchet best friends, women with a child out of wedlock, chicks with a temper who love confrontation and drama

all of this won't guarantee getting cheated on or a blissful marriage but you can save yourself alot of headaches, dudes just see a pretty face, big titties and an ass and thats their own requirement then they cry in a corner when the cobra they tried to tame wraps around their neck

Everywhere...You never there.
If you're in the throes of contemplating divorce at this time of year, you've probably already figured out this is a difficult time to make your intentions known to family and friends. The perfect moment you've been waiting for to make this all-important announcement is being foiled by another round of impending holidays. You have as much chance of getting this wrapped up now as Boston has of having a snowless winter.

If your toes are already dangling over the divorce threshold, this is a particularly tough time of year. Perhaps you're thisclose and then, suddenly — seemingly sprung from ashes — holiday decor is everywhere, assaulting your senses and damping down every ounce of courage and wherewithal you’ve worked so hard to accrue. You just don't know how much longer you can stay, but how can you leave now?

January has been dubbed "divorce month" and with good reason. It shows the highest number of divorce filings than any other month. Why? Well, happy holidays! People aren't usually in a big hurry to call it quits — and tell their kids — right before the family-est time of the year. So, you put on your cheesiest Christmas sweater, deck the halls and accept your Oscars for Best Actor and Actress in a Real Life Drama.

"Currently, women are initiating 70 – 75% of all divorces"

BK Forever.
UConn men's basketball coach and former NBA player Kevin Ollie and his wife of nearly 17 years,Stephanie G. Ollie, have divorced.

Stephanie Ollie, 40, who filed for the divorce from her husband nine months ago, will receive $33,200 per month in alimony for seven years:wow: and $1,800 in child support:ehh:. The couple has a 14-year-old-daughter and a 19-year-old son.

The agreement also provides that while Kevin Ollie will retain an undisclosed number of separate and joint financial accounts, Stephanie Ollie, a nurse, will receive $2.5 million in compensation to be paid in four installments over the next 18 months and $2,000 from Bank of America checking and savings account. She will also receive an additional $350,000 lump sum alimony/property distribution award to be paid over a 42-month period, the agreement states. In exchange for waiving claims to her husband's current assets or potential income, according to the agreement, she will also receive another $240,000 by May 15, 2019.

Bet Kevin Ollie thought like a lot of these men who have been married for a long time that he had him a "good" one!

:mjcry:

She was a "good" one, but people change. Men don't totally change or fake as good or long as women. Women can do 360s and play roles for years.

You're absolutely right! Dealing with most women, especially these days, is almost like a game of Russian Roulette.

It's getting harder and harder, damn near impossible to keep a westernized women happy and satisfied longterm.

The media and TV has these women chasing fairy-tales and many other unrealistic desires. A lot of these women are frustrated and confused to why happiness always seem to allude them. No matter how much you do for them, they will leave you.
But what if shes making twice as more money then me AND SHE was the one who wants to be married? :lupe:

That's why it's tough wifing dimes in their prime, they can still get any man they want, and unless you're at the top of the food chain, you gotta be handcuffing the bish. That's why the golden rules of marriage for a man is:

1) Always marry at the same level or up financially. Never ever marry a woman significantly poorer than you unless you're like in your 50s or something.

2) Never marry a woman on the scene. A woman who is always surrounded by GQ azz nikkas and getting invited to all the top parties is gonna be tough to turn into a housewife/homebody. That's unfortunately when it comes to a woman who's a 9+, she's gotta be a little bit older/with kids/ran through in order to be ready to settle down.

3) Never marry a woman, let the woman marry you. She should already be showing wifey qualities and actin' like one way before you ever pop the question. Cooking, cleaning, nagging why you ain't at the crib, texting/calling you when she's not with you at night, the signs should be there. You should never marry a bish because she's a hot f*ck.

There's nothing wrong with marriage, but these days too many nikkaz fall for the wrong chick, we keep talking about sh*t about black women who want 2Pac in a business suit, but we act like we don't want Assata Shakur with the face of Halle Berry, and the body of Bria Myles and the freakiness of Adina Howard :whew: #decisions, make the wise one upfront and you won't be :mjcry: ten years later (talkin' from personal experience passin' up good women for hot pieces of azz :snoop:)
You really think Michelle would dip out on Barack? You know how big a deal that would be? She's not that dumb.
