Folks hated on D. Cook for years. But the backlash at Hart has been minimal.

I remember back in 2010 and going to Caroline’s to catch his show. He was at edge of blowing up. He had like 6 shows that night. And at $140 per ticket he made out like a bandit. Then I felt proud when he would 2 shows at the Wells Fargo. That guy was pimping the game. You have to listen to his episode of the WTF Podcast to appreciate his grind. I will no longer see his act and I may not see his movies, but you have to appreciate his work ethic.

What is the profile of a Kevin Hart fan? Because there are people who think he is hilarious. I saw people in the audience wiping away tears from laughing so hard and I just didn’t get it.

He used to talk about his personal life and family the whole time. This time he spoke about it a little bit then the rest was just skits and made up shyt. I was expecting to her more stories about his childhood or being a parent. Not gun hiding place scenarios and rollercoaster rides.

The last one I saw was in 2013, which I thought was very funny, but his career since then, as a purely a fan, peaked with 'About Last Night", I think many of the roles he chooses are beneath his talent.

I think being at that show is much funnier than watching it on TV..

I love Chappelle but one my exes never found him funny until I took her to see him live.. I never saw her laugh so hard.. shyt kinda had me mad

But this was typical Hart for me.. I didn't really laugh much and he really dragged out the hiding guns in the house bit..

Especially the dad joke is being repeated just in a different format
