I know there’s more redtape that we probably don’t know about but I always figured if Feige himself wanted a character in a movie, then it was pretty much a done deal. I mean logistically a Blade movie with the return of Wesley Snipes under the MCU umbrella would do GANGBUSTERS at the box office and help usher in the mystical/horror portion of the Marvel universe. Who gives a fukk about a Hulu show when compared to that?

There should be ZERO fight here. Blade+Wesley+MCU+Competent Director equals greatness. Blade+No Name Actor+Hulu equals “Aightness” .

Just because you and The Coli never watched the show doesn't mean it wasn't a reasonably well-known show. It was on Showtime for about 4-5 seasons.
That would be like shytting on somebody who was on the Chi because he/she never had a gig before that show and the general white people public weren't checking for them.
Having a steady gig on a Showtime show that lasted for several years means you were a working actor and not some guy who liked to reenact Shaw Brothers moves on dummies in your mom's backyard.

Again..... I was speaking from a perspectives of the BLOCKBUSTER audience that’s pushing these films to that $800M-$2B+ theater gross. Aka (once again) THE MAJORITY

I don't really care about this legacy stuff or anything that pushes Blade to a support role for another character to take his spot, but (1) a Rated-R MCU Blade movie >>>> sharing camera time with them other nyggas on a Hulu TV show.

And (2) if that legacy idea is what Wesley wants, then that's what it needs to be. He's earned that. And they need to stop the bullshytting because he ain't getting any younger either.

If they do a tv series it probably won't be with Snipes. That would be downgrade from his successful franchise.

Between those two choices i want the Movie. Wesley is really the primary reason that character is good. it hasn't worked with other actors. Because you need the mixture of charisma and martial arts ability. That combination is rare. Like Anthony Mackie meets Michael Jai White. I don't know of any viable candidates who can do the character justice.

Just hope for deadpool numbers. Which would still be hard because deadpool has the 4th wall and comedy thing going for it plus being a comic book flick.

If its pg-13 i wouldnt even go see it in theaters just off principle.
