There’s been a lot of things said in other threads about Disney, their plans with Hulu and they plans for Rated R properties.

A lot of jokes...... just want this to breath for a bit and see how they respond

If they do a tv series it probably won't be with Snipes. That would be downgrade from his successful franchise.

Between those two choices i want the Movie. Wesley is really the primary reason that character is good. it hasn't worked with other actors. Because you need the mixture of charisma and martial arts ability. That combination is rare. Like Anthony Mackie meets Michael Jai White. I don't know of any viable candidates who can do the character justice.

Then it reminds me if the overall masses that never heard or or saw the work it Sebastian Stan, Chris Pratt, Brie Larson, Tom Holland, Chris Helmsworth, and etc new face that Marvel has ultimately on the biggest stage debuted.

Not saying he’s on that level but theoretically the same concept.

Not everyone watched HIMYM, a lot of people have no idea who Colbie Smoulders is.

Also, I guess you’re right. And it depends on what kind of Blade film do we want.

Do we want something with “action action ACTIONS” catering to the people that claimed they didn’t enjoy the Endgame experience due to a lot of acting and storytelling?

Or

Do we want more storytelling, character moments, monologues, and acting with a couple of fight scene sprinkled in?

I don't get the point you made. Chris Pratt , Brie Larson Chris Hemsworth people like them did work prior to marvel. But more than that their characters shoots laser's and fly and shyt. Blade is a martial arts film. Not super man.
Sebastion Stan would be the closest to this argument. Be even he is an actual actor who has been in movies and tv since he was a child actor. Has the guy you showed even been in a movie before?

Is dude an actor? Has he ever acted before?
Because I don't get this idea that just because a guy can do the moves means he is perfect for the role. Perfect to be the stunt double maybe but that is about it if dude is not any kid of actor.

For clues as to how Feige would treat the hero, he’s described Blade as a “legacy character” in the past, suggesting Snipes would return as a mentor figure and train up his successor. Previous rumors have also pointed to a script having been drafted featuring Eric Brooks training his daughter, Fallon Grey. A movie about a young African-American woman would fit with Feige’s aims to further diversify the franchise, too.

We’ll update you as more on this Blade situation comes in, but it sounds like it should be good news either way. Although, it’s probably a safe bet that, as cool as a Hulu show would be, most fans would prefer that Feige got his wish to resurrect Snipes’ version of the character.

Has me kind of wanting to see Fiege's idea as a series. That passing the torch story seems like something that would benefit from having more room to breathe.

It's a legit site but it does run a lot of rumors that more mainstream sites probably wouldn't.

I think this info is true but I wouldn't take it at face value. What I mean is, it's possibly been leaked by Marvel to drum up interest in Blade and/or assuage fears that Disney won't let them make R rated content....there's no way in hell Feige would have to fight with anyone after "Endgame" just did $2.6 billion. Least of all Hulu.

Brother I thought I was very clear with that

Unless you been a fan of these guys work (or in some cases live in the guys same country to see their work) THE MAJORITY of the Blockbuster tickets buyers have and never had any idea of any of these actors not named RDJ, Sam L, Chris Evans, Don Cheadle and a few other folks.

It’s kinda like the WWE with there are guys that worked in others places for damn near 10 years and yea a few of them were big in their respective little markets.

But the moment the made it to the WWE and then later a Wrestlemania was the moment they really took off.

Hell even on a smaller scale The Walking Dead cast. Everyone of them was unknowns until they got on there.

Also said, not saying he’s on that level. As far as his work. I’m gonna be honest with you my guy, I have no idea.... but it’s just like when I first heard Brie Larson, Chris Helms, and a few others.

As you said though, Blade is a martial arts film and I think it would be cool if they got a black guy that can do martial arts.
