I just spent the last few weeks as a free agent in an in demand job market and let me tell you, it is fun as fukk. Once you get an idea of what the baseline pay is,the rest is hard as shyt to make a decision on. Do you stay/go back to where you know people or take on a new challenge with a chance to build your brand even further? Do you want the responsibility and expectations that come with it?
