This Clippers meeting is probably the biggest waste of time possible 
They want him to take a paycut which is already insulting since he'd be the best player there. Their plan would be gutting everybody & the way contracts are going the dudes you could get at vet minimums are probably going to be straight garbage so they'd have 0 depth.
Best way they could get him is sign & trade but he would have to agree to a 3 year deal so he couldn't opt out for the spike next year. Even if he somehow agreed to come they wouldn't have his Bird rights so it would be damn near impossible to keep them together next year.

yeah.. their is after all a maximum number of shots that can be taken per game.. if you give KD 18 a game.. you gotta take 18 our of the rest of the team and most will come from starters..
i dont think curry will be down 10 shots per game.. but at least 2-3.. and either him or durant will be on those corners 3s.. basicaly those same shots barnes use to take...
but in the end.. end of game situation is what will determine KD's biggest impact on steph's offense.. when the game is close.. he gets the ball and draw fouls.. but.. can you afford to have KD standing and stretching the floor whhile curry does his work? super tars have superstars ego after all.
I completely agree man. Steph would definitely still get his, but KD can just get it done in more ways so they'd be limiting themselves keeping Curry as the #1 option if KD signed with them.
