ya that’s kinda crazy on the nets part…I don’t see any franchise giving up a young cornerstone piece and that many 1sts for a 33 y/o KD…said the same thing about the suns giving up book…nets are playing hardball which I don’t have a problem with…nikka got 4 years and they’re prepared to wait…fukked up to sign an extension then demand a trade less than a fukking year later…set a very ugly precedent if the nets cave in so fast w/o getting what they want (or something close to it)

My Pops Forever RIP
If the Nets are smart they would trade Byrie for Dame straight up.. Portland can get from out of the next 3 years on Lillard contract so they don’t have to pay him an extension and Kyrie on a one year deal where he’s leaving regardless… Portland ownership not trying to win shyt…
You think this is burdensome to Portland?

By that logic Simons and Nurkic don't get their money either and they avoid paying Grant.

Let's not act like weather doesn't play a part in player decisions. Why you think so many players want to go play in Miami and LA?

That said, only a psychopath would look at Phoenix's weather and want to go and live there.
Phoenix is hot in the summer of course but the entire rest of the year is gravy. It’s like hoodie weather at worst in the dead of winter

I live in Vegas and I haven't worn anything heavier than a hoodie since I moved here. Summer sucks but every building in Phoenix has air conditioning and it's not like he works outside.

Sounds like the other 29 owners are in the Nets' owners'/GM's ears calling everyday like "Don't cave in, play hard ball :damn:!!!!!"

Only problem that mindset is that the majority of contenders outside of Miami and Phoenix just don't have the picks to give as they traded them all away. It's obvious that they don't want to trade him and it's been apparent for a while now.
I think there ok with keeping this team together for next season and letting kyrie walk away in fa

Not sure why you are all talking so much about the climate of these cities when the players spend half the season on the road and pretty much spend all their time in LA during the off season.
