I know it would not happen but honestly Anthony Davis going to a third team for KD seems like a good deal for KD.

A bunch of teams would give up a Gobert+ haul for AD :yeshrug:

What reports? To these specific teams?

Dont matter what team it is, it will be depleted. His best option is Brooklyn next year. No way around it
Im sure he realizes he isnt going to play with the roster as constructed on any team he goes to. Reporters putting it out that he only wants to go to a full team is their personal narrative.

I said in the other thread, no teams want to fold their team or send away their core or centerpieces for KD.

Teams want to keep their core together, add KD and take a shot at winning now. The league is too stacked to take on other teams with only one player and these GM's know that.

The longer this drags out means the lower value the Nets get for them.

I think the they gotta do to another team what Houston did to them: send KD and Kyrie out for a substantial amount of draft picks. They're practically in the same situation the Rocket were in with Harden: can make the play-offs but realistically not beating the better teams with their roster. Blow it up and reset because fans know mediocre when they see it.

Edit:
One trade I see that can benefit both teams that's a big player for big player swap and maybe the only one out there is Zion for KD.

Pelicans can contend, contend right now with:
McCollum
Herb Jones
KD
Ingram
Valančiūnas

Then you factor in that deep bench who also fit in with somebody like KD.

When Zion finally gets to that age where he's a real threat, CJ, Ingram and Valančiūnas going to be a little older and the Pelicans will have to find players like that again anyways. Pelicans would essentially be going all in on a really good chance to win now for the city of New Orleans.

In return Nets get something to look forward to.

I just have to say, that Dragonfly Jones had the absolute worst take I've heard about this. nikka said the nets should've caved to kyrie and Kevin's demands then retired their numbers when they retire to show that the nets are a player's franchise. All because they made the nets relevant

Why the fukk would the nets give an unconditional max to a guy who played less than half of the games and has fukked off whenever he wanted to.

He suggested he was willing to address matters. He was then asked about specific matters.
He then handed out some unadulterated pure ether that was uncalled for.

Something is going on with Kevin Durant...
