this show went from that first episode being cool (if a little fantastical) and now is basically a cartoon.
The way they had Joe escape from the Feds was ridiculous; all these upwardly mobile Folowers is ridiculous and the fact that there are so many of them that look to be in their 40s makes no sesne.
And how the fukk does a group of serial killers formed on the Internet have a helicoptor but the fukking FBI doesn't? Kevin Bacon has had the exact location of these people on at least 3 occasions so far but the motherfukker never gets there in time because he has to drive yet Joe and some white ho can have a private helicoptor waiting on rooftops to wisk them away to their serial killer mansion in the woods.
My eyes rolled so much during all the fukkery in this episode that I thought I was going to have a gotdamn aneurism.

you summed up my thoughts on the episode/show pretty succinctly. It was never a great premise, and the pilot was close to garbage, but this is just lazy, and flat out bad writing. What are these people doing for money? They have been saving for years? So blinded by Carrolls love for Edgar Allen Poe they have devoted years of their lives and their freedom to hear his lawyer recite a high school english caliber Poe poem?

@ murders being committed after the serial killer's lawyer goes on tv to make a statement, which ends up being a quote from edgar allen poe, and no one having the common sense to put the lawyer under surveillance or detained.
But they're dead now
