You are right. Most of the people in Africa are still on the mindset that children are a "blessing" no matter how poor you are and that you are being selfish by not having children. People in the continent really are puzzled when a woman (couple) makes a lifestyle choice of not having children. It is something that they cannot comprehend I have gotten in many debates about this without sounding like a Westerner who was raised better or a snob. I am all for multiplication of Black people but at what cost if there aren't resources to take care of them. In Africa, it's not about scarcity of resources it's just bad governance point blank and lack of implementation of good policies. When you go to any big city in Africa and really explore it you will see kids begging all over I am talking about 5,6,7 year olds and you wonder if a child starts begging for money especially girls. I've seen documentaries about this before
Rich white people, rich Asians, rich Indians, rich blacks going to these sort of places but not necessarily all in Africa to abuse children.
