Rich white people, rich Asians, rich Indians, rich blacks going to these sort of places but not necessarily all in Africa to abuse children.
This isn't a race issue and that should be clear but thecoli will make it one. (even though child pornography was legal in Japan and certainly had a massive audience and there a high child abuse rates in many African countries)
From what I've seen at least back in the documentaries they do a good job at tagging the people while they're there and stopping them but this was old.
