Gangsta Lou called Po out recently and made it very clear that all that boogeyman shyt that people label Po as is bullshyt. Lou said Po never was with the shyts like he was. Ya'll nikkas love a Hollywood narrative.
DC nikkas really feel that way about Po, they really look at this man like the number 1 opp for everybody and I didn’t understand that until I moved down here.

@GoonieToons As far as Gibbs being a rat

Former NYC crack king reflects on life of murder, money, women and guns at height of drug epidemic

"After he was arrested on drug conspiracy charges, detectives bombarded the federal prosecutors with claims that Gibbs was responsible for dozens of murders, Ponzi said.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Leslie Caldwell then brought in Ponzi to get the record straight, he said.

"They had attributed a murder a day to him, but that was way out of proportion," he said. "I told them to take a deep breath."

Gibbs agreed to cooperate with the investigation in exchange for a lesser sentence.

"He was quick to volunteer," Ponzi said. "We never caught him in a single lie. He somehow never got on the witness stand, so he hasn't been outed like many others."

Gibbs, who has an extraordinary ability to recall names, addresses and details, was key to the case, and subsequently became a source whom Ponzi relied to learn about the operations of gangsters across north Brooklyn, he said.

"He was responsible for helping cause the demise of the Fat Cat organization," he said. "He was one of the first upper echelon cooperators against them. He's a really bad guy, but those guys killed a parole officer and a police officer."

The federal prosecutors initially weren't going to charge him with the homicides, but the Queens and Brooklyn district attorneys objected so forcefully that he was also obliged to plead guilty to the five murders and two attempted murders, Ponzi said.

His cooperation was valuable enough that prosecutors spoke on his behalf at the sentencing, he said."

Just because someone never takes the stand doesn't make them less of a rat, he cooperated so well the feds were going to let him walk on 5 murders, 2 attempted murders and drug conspiracy charges if the Queens and Brooklyn D.A's hadn't intervened.
If you think all he told on were dead men I don't know what to tell you :gucci:

Po had Silk in DC.
There was even cats in dc that Wayne didn’t step to .... I think a dude named Titus had Wayne runnin for his life in prison was gonna stabb Wayne up n I think Michael frays nephew put hands on Wayne aswell ... I don’t think Wayne had hands like that He was just not right in the head n would be quick with the gun .... a dude on lipstickalley magneto is from dc was telling us story’s that check out .... he also says Wayne like alpo is overhyped and he’s not the terminator or the boogieman ov D.C. like everyone thinks ... yeah he was more dangerous then alpo but he wasn’t the most feared cat from there.. he met alpo before never had anything bad to say about him really n said he was deffo a gangsta ... Lou just going off his emotions u can tell .... he knew big head gary and his brother Brandon aswell n said they both had to go they were nothing but evil n had no honour ..

Lou never implied Alpo was a square. He said Alpo was not as live as y'all want so bad to believe and told him to pull up. Bet you Alpo won't pull up on him.

Also y'all forgetting that Lou got this energy towards Po cause he heard he was talking slick shyt about him. It wasn't the Po and Rich shyt.
Basically he was saying I’m a shooter and Alpo is a nikka that go and gets nikkas like me to do the shooting, but he don’t put in no work himself. He a paper gangster.

How did he fukk up. Murder Inc was the biggest label in hip hop for a couple years and sold million of units

:dahell:

Yeah, in hindsight, it wasn't a smart move. Everybody knows what should have been done in hindsight. :francis:

But back then, it was a smart move. Irv and them was moving units. 50 had how to rob and that was it. He wasn't really going anywhere.

Plus, people have to realize Irv and them were much easier to handle for Preme.

50 don't like answering to nobody.

It was a no-brainer back then.

Preacher was down the hill....Dealing with Black people.....Washington Heights was a totally different world.

You think Preacher was really going up the hill fukking with the Dominicans?:mjlol:

Where do u think everyone went to get their cocaine? You had to go up the hill to get the cocaine. That was Dominican territory. There's a reason why CNN who are from Queens came all the way to Harlem and did their "Ya'll Dont Wanna" video on 145th and Broadway. I know why but obviously you dont. In the Purple City Byrdgang" video...there's a reason why they put the camera on 151st and Amsterdam. Up the hill was coke city....Those Dominicans were on some other shyt too.....That real Nino Brown shyt.....they tapped into my moms phone line twice and she had to straighten out with the phone companty that the calls to DR that was in the thousands was not of her doing.....Preacher was down the hill....Up the hill is a totally different world. You talking this 'preacher crew was easily 1 ov the most dangerous crew “to ever walk the pavement of nyc “...Was Preacher terrorizing and extorting the Gambino family? :russ:
Wash Heights was really the wild west out chea. Crazy how Dominicans just took the Boricua's spot in the city like that. shyt is no contest.

Exactly .... I don’t believe that at all .... do you ?? Alpo copped out to 14 murders n gangster Lou trying to make out po didn’t do any ov them his self :stopitslime:.... like I said previously I think gangsta Lou is going off his emotions/feelings based on the rich Porter situation + the supose shyt talking alpo been doing about him since he been out .... u agree?? .... alpo deffo wasn’t no paper gangster like Lou making it seem.... like I said I think Lou is biging himself up too much I bet Lou wouldn’t even do anything to alpo if they met face to face either.....

I’m a Brooklyn dude so I can’t speak for Harlem but I know the rep Alpo had wasn’t that he was a violent dude so much as he had a lot of violence done. I’m sure he put in his share of work as well but to what extent is the question. I don’t believe he was out here feared for being a shooter or a killer though.

When it comes to NYC in the 80s, Alpo and Rich and them was looked at like little kids. They wasn’t even playing with crazy money like that compared to real nikkas from that era. They were just the flashiest and most boisterous.

Exactly...I threw that Gambino shyt in the mix to explain to you that things were territorial. In the 80's/90's there was a movie theater right on 147th and Broadway right next to what used to be KFC. When you called the theater to see what was playing a recording of a Dominican wit a strong accent was telling you what was playing....Wasnt no whiteman with a happy voice. They owned that movie theater. They owned all the long distance call shops on the Broadway strip and they were mostly fronts. As a teen I was once using one of their phones booths and a Spanish dude came to my window flashing a big bag of weed he was selling....He thought I was a customer when I was legit there to use the phone. First time I saw someone smoking crack.. first time I seen a shoot out ...first time I seen a dead body...was all either in my building or in front of my building. Up the hill was a different world from down the hill.

My grandmother lived down the hill on 145th and 7th....Right across the street from the infamous Jukebox ran by Azie....She lived their all my life until she passed in 2012. The mid 80s was a special time because that whole block every store was Black owned.....Black bars..Black coffee shops, Black hair salons...Even the gas station was Black owned. But there was two worlds.....You had the legit businesses and the fronts.....Like for instance the dealers had this store right next to the Jukebox that sold Garbage Pail Kids, BlackBeat,Fresh/Right On magazines and trick gags like Whoopie cusion, fart spray, diapers with fake shyt inside, invisible ink, hand buzzers and itching powder and had a few arcades like Donkey Kong and Pole Position. But this was all a front for the kids to spend their lil money. The weed spots fronts around teh block on the ave were "Health Food" stores. I also remember the crack fiends that were always across the street. Mind you I was 10/11 years old by 89 and Alpos name was ringing the loudest....I didnt know of Rich or Azie or Preacher..... Everything was Alpo. At the time I was led to believe Alpo ran West Harlem because thats the name everyone kept saying. And no one knew what he looked like. I learned about everyone else a few years later as a teen thru word of mouth. Preachers name was probably ringing with the grown ups but not the kids. Civilians had to worry about local shyt around the way like random acts of violence. Like my block was FF Mob but that was just some block shyt. We weren't ringing heavy in the streets like the Decepticons. The Decepticons were the ones whose names were ringing heavy to the kids in the mid/late 80's all over NYC because they were kids/teens. I can only tell the story I remember from the perspective of a little kid. In the 90's when I was older there were all types of new storys and new names ringing in the streets. The mid 90's was more my era.
1 Dominican gang that stands out that seems to be infamous I think they were from the bronx or bk was the Jheri curls gang i think it was just a couple ov brothers

Yeah the other bigwigs had a stronger rep .... but what gangster Lou says do u agree that it seems he just going off his feelings about alpo due to the shyt talking /rich porter situation cause that’s how it comes across ...like I said there deffo was much wilder dudes but to make out like he done nothing himself. That seems a flat out lie tbh ....

I believe Gangster Lou is a shooter/killer and I believe Alpo paid to have nikkas killed but wasn’t personally doing it himself most of the time. I don’t know that’s just my perception from what I’ve heard. I don’t know either of them. Based off stories I’d tend to believe Gangster Lou’s perception is probably more accurate than not accurate but I’m sure some emotional anger towards Po plays to it also.
