The Truth
The performance was just ok. It wasn’t great and it wasn’t terrible. Something about it was slightly off in terms of pacing and the setlist. It didn’t really flow together and sea seemed out of place. Also performing mostly GNX instead of going for your bigger records was alright but won’t be historical performance wise. I feel like this could’ve further cemented his legendary status but the showmanship was lacking.

Drake has no energy or skills to speak of. He has always the same nasal tone and flow that sounds like Duppy Freestyle. Huge part of why he's losing his rap beefs. Plus he seems to have lost voice in the recent years, Honestly Nevermind for example sounds like some amateur hour karaoke over beats.

Basing a whole Super Bowl show around one man that’s in another continent is crazy to me. Having 2 of his exes, performing 2 songs and sprinkling several references to the other guy throughout a Super Bowl halftime show is not weird to ya? I was always worried that an elite live performer like him was not going to be able to adjust to the Super Bowl having 13 to 15 min live performances. They low-key gotta stop that shyt make it 10 mins longer at least. I think the shortness fukked his flow up
