Maybe. Drake has mind control over y'all. His every utterance has the internet going nuts.

:heh: - I was really fukking with GTA V

Coli - :scusthov: Drake acting like he's been playing GTA since it was in 2D. What a fraud. He's the type to make a citizens arrest on the game. :scusthov: *Sends dikk pics to Coli chicks and still gets no response or acknowledgement*

And there's nothing they can do about it. :banderas:
So Drake doesnt have mind control over you but has it over us. Is that what you're saying here?

Its more of an inner struggle and finding one self and finding peace within one self. Not wanting to be a statistic and not wanting to follow a cycle soaked in blood. For you to compare to Drake, a rapper who tends to be full of emotions over ex girlfriends and family issues is a joke.
Exactly, and that inner struggle made him a lame in the eyes of his community.

Kendrick is a lame, awkward nikka (who can flow like hell), if you can't see that, idk what to tell you.

Kendrick puts his dumb ass family on blasts all the time.

Kendrick made a song about thinkin' he was going to get some p*ssy (in gang territory not to mention, nikka was thirsty as hell for the puss) and got his ass whooped in the song.

nikka writes multiple poems about hookers with AIDS and hoes as if they are poetic figures :why: He's just as soft and awkward as Drake.

nikka basically had an old grandma conduct Sunday communion on a track. :why: :dahell:

That's exactly what I'm saying. I don't use Drake as the catalyst for which artist I'm going to stan week to week. I don't even pay attention to rappers I don't like. Drake has been making the same music since 2006, seven years, and you all are still listening to it, bytching about it, and listening to it again. Drake has single-handedly changed the forum's opinion on Kendrick Lamar. That's mind control. And there's nothing you can do about it. :banderas:

Well, you all could stop listening to his music. :yeshrug: But you won't....

......and there's nothing you can do about it. :banderas:

I was thinking about this last night before i hit the sheets, friend. Why didnt Drake just release a raw rap track as a bonus and address K dot. I believe hes afraid of Kendrick and instead of competing on wax hes opting to go the corporate route and downplay the issue with above it all rhetoric. Like, i only respond when its real beef. Friend, you're a rich kid who acted in a teen sitcom, what kind of real beef are you Ever going to be in.
:russ:
Exactly. He keeps mentioning how he saw Kendrick the day after Control dropped and nothing happened, as if he expected Kendrick to snatch his weave or some shyt. If you mad, address it on wax.

The funny thing is that Drake has set this up so that when Kendrick responds by saying Control was never a diss, dumb nikkas gonna be like "see, Drake stepped to Kendrick and he backed down!" I just know that revisionist history gonna happen.

I guess he doesnt want to feel like hes being controlled by Kendrick by being forced to address him by the fans so he just brushes it off but deep down inside as a man its eating him up because as men, the above it all approach doesnt really work for your pride and dignity.

I dunno friend, he should have just gave Kendrick a bonus track where he just showcases his raw rap abilities and takes a few bars to address Kendrick himself. Would have been fun and would have been inspirational.

What Drake is doing is dishonest because hes trying to pretend like hes a street dude that has to adhere to some kind of street code by acting like someone saying something about you on a record means they have to have a real beef with you in real life but i believe we're all intelligent enough to know whats going on here. Kendrick is just poking at the current greats to start moving ahead of his peers. He wants it. Drake is satisfied in his position and doesnt want to compete on that level. I can see both angles but Drake is being phony about it.

If you're going to proclaim yourself the best in the game right now and you're being challenged you have to hold your ground and let everyone know what it is.

"I think i killed everybody in the game last year, F it i was on though" - Drake. "over my dead body"

Yet when his peers address him in a similar manner, competitively without malice he feels like his feelings are hurt and doesnt want to work with friends anymore. He just comes across as a bit of a bozo to friends.

i think its the other way around. i think kendrick got mind control over some of these drake fans. they so caught up they cant even make sense out of the most simplest shyt. he didn't even diss drake and they caught feelings. its like they feel the need to go extra hard. got em feeling like he is threatening to take something away from them so they lash out.

There's been at least five Drake hate threads on the front page for the past week. So who's really been going hard? Kendrick Lamar friendship or not, Drake isn't going anywhere.

And there's nothing you can do about it. :banderas:

I like Kendrick's music though. I like Drake's music. nikkas are trying to build forum cred by seeing who can go hardest at Drake. Throwing rocks at the throne. But when those record sales come in next week

Sales don't bring validity to Drakes response to Control. He could dropped a "scathing" verse like 5am in Toronto as an outro to silence his competition and claiming the throne but he didn't.

Somebody finally gets it....

The rise or eventual come back of "rappity rap" or "aggressive content" would spark the decline of Drake...Because that climate doesn't cater to his strength..

We seen this movie before with JaRule and Nelly going from being kings to being the punchline of jokes after the G-Unit invasion...Or how DMX and RR crushed the shiny suit era...

Comprehension skills are pathetic in this thread.

So Kendrick should have been on some rah rah rah fukk you shyt when he bumped into Drake at the VMAs? LOL @ Drake expecting getting not wanting to be his friend anymore when he saw him at the VMAS. Its called a respectable challenge. Its called acknowledging your peers and telling them to try and out rap me.

Kendrick had alternative motives with the Control verse even though he doesn't even have an album title, single nor release date?

Drake really lost before even laying down a verbal response.

"Again Kdot showe it wasnt real
He said there are a couple of people he is waiting and ready for that he knows feels a type of way bout him
Also that whole "murder them by being the better mc" aint gon cut it
Cuz names were said
And the names were said in negative context
Ur downplaying the aspect of namedroppin and how much that entails in this culture
Never in any other era in hip hop do u namedrop in a negative context and have it not be translated in disrespect
Again its only in this soft ass "hip hop is friendly competition" era that we are told it is this way
"Murdering them by being the better mc??
If all he said was "Im gonna be the best mc" without the namedrops it would be cool
But names were dropped and both Kdot and Drake have studied this sht and understand the implications and sacredness of namedrops and what it entails
That sht wasnt friendly at all period..not in the culture of hip hop
But like Drake said..Kdot came up to him with love and humility so Drake translated that as Control not being real soo its not worth a battle
Beef is real
Battles are done with real tension behind it..
Dnt come talkin bout this WWE sht u want Hip Hop to be like
Its never been that way
ANd it shall never be that way with Drake leading the forefront not listening to these new ass fckboi internet hip hop fans that dnt know sht but their miscontrued vision of what they think hip hop was like back then"
