Every black person alive had something to say about Trayvon and Mike Brown....fukk are YOU talkin about?

That includes the nikkas who got bodies on them.

Okay SHOW ME PROOF, of killers of black children showing outrage over Zimmerman

if it was so evident SHOW ME THE EVIDENCE

that's all I'm asking

are you gonna call me names or show me proof

who's the real dumb ass

The more I think about it, the sentiment of this song is really the dumbest most disgusting shyt I've heard. He's basically saying we shouldn't get mad about being racial discriminated against, being murdered without cause because there's Black on Black violence too.

Kendrick is a fukking moron. Can we have a race draft? You whites can have him. I'd rather have Iggy than this goof.

I dont agree with the victim blaming Kendrick seems to be on with what about what black folks do to each other, but to keep it one hundred, a lot of older black folks feel that exact same way.

I just chop it up as kdots opinion. He clearly loves his people and the music is dope. Yall getting caught up in the little shyt...

Victim blaming?

It's always victim blaming until its your relative that gets killed. I've got that 2am call before. Sounds like you haven't. Maybe when a couple of your loved ones get killed out here you'll stop feeling angry that Kendrick criticized the poor murderers and killers :francis:

ONLY because he made pointing himself out as a hypocrite to be the climax of the song,.
Yeah. this is my main issue.

Whether people notice, songs are thematic, meaning they are like a story, meaning you're not supposed to get the main message until the end.

I just don't get why end your song with that. Like, that's really what you want the all encompassing message of everything you just said to be? That's the memory he wanted?

-----------

The whole gang bang murder vs. Zimmerman murder comes from two different emotional caveats. A gang member doesn't kill a black man because he's racist and thinks the black man is up to something because he's black. Zimmerman did not kill Trayvon because he lived in an economically on-the-fringe community that was brought about by factors stemming from slavery, institutional racism, unfair housing policies, etc. Is a gang member thinking about survival and poverty when he kills or is he just saying "that nikka looks suspcicious cause he's a nikka. Kill 'em". Even if he is speaking from the perspective of or to a gang member, they 2 emotional reference points for each scenario couldn't be further from each other. There's no reason to even bring up "hypocrisy" because the two psychological starting points have nothing to do with each other.

Are people seriously comparing the two just cause some rapper with Mr. Hankey locks loosely theorized such?

It makes all the difference you fukking moron, gang members weep over gang members dying, so why can't they be outraged over Trayvon

you can't paint everybody with a broad stroke

also he was talking about innocent by stands, which isn't what gang violence is

he was talking about the blood and crips beefing, last time I check they aren't in Chicago, and the height of those gang wars have been over for quite sometime
:stopitslime:
First off,
Quit with the bold breh, You and I ain't close like that so: Be civil and leave the ad hominem for the cacs. Ion know about the other cats you argue with on this site but as long as I'm not disrespecting you personally then I demand you do the same.

Gang violence is about reacting to society's ills. But is reacting to society all nikkas got? That's the question. Is that an AA's destiny in life? To react to society by darkening his soul and dying for it? Or is there another way? Plenty of other AA's nowadays live another way of life, meaning that gang-banging can't be all there is a for a black man to live for.

Maybe I got it wrong though, maybe we're still in the eighties where nikkas couldn't get accepted to college in mass scale and 9 to 5s weren't even an option for most blacks. Maybe we're in 2015 were more doors are actually open for AA's and it's all a matter of surviving enough to make it to one of those doors. Ion know breh, you tell me. What do you think?

Crips, Bloods, GD's, the mafia, MS13, what-fukking-ever... all face the same conundrum: in a war between gangs the innocent die, and the blood isn't just on society's hands.

We all know the history of blacks in this country, but are we trying to change it or nah? And if we are, do we not change and demand that the other side change first? Or can both sides (white AND black) be pressured to change at the same damn time?

As for my initial question: Sure gang-bangers do weep for their members, but do they weep for the collateral victims of their actions? BECAUSE THOSE EXIST TOO, let's not pretend that they don't.

shyt is trash. I hate this nikka used trayvons name now his corny ass stans bout to start preaching about black on black crime :snoop:

Gang culture ain't got shyt to do with why this racist system allows killers to get off with no punishment simply because the victim was black.

You intellectually dishonest nikkas keep tryin to muddy the waters with this black on black crime nonsense when that ain't got shyt to with why all black people should be appalled at how the justice system handled trayvons death. That couldve been any one of us, criminal or law abiding citizen, which trayvon was. Racial profiling is the issue that needs to be talked about right now

You mean the first verse where he called himself a hypocrite and a proud monkey

all this song did was point the finger at the black man at the end of the day

bloods and crips ain't even relevant anymore

the gang problem is in Chicago

Compton look like farm land, with a bunch of Mexicans
THIS IS YOUR FEELS TALKING :jiggalol: 4:00 minutes of more venom than any rapper signed to a major label has the balls to spit at the establishment goes blank from a 1 bar jab that hit deep to your marshmallow center. you've said enough

tag me when that new gotti drop. peace and love :lolbron:

You sound like such a suburb nikka

There's been like 20 shootings in my city this month, go on somewhere dumb dumb

Nikkas cry about Trayvon but, quick to blow another nikka away like it aint shyt. We unite over police corruption and racism but, once that's over, we back to murking each other.

Sorry Kendrick's point flew over his head

Nobody hasn't murdered your friend or your brother. Maybe then you'd understand

Also what is this False idea that Black people don't care about "Black on Black" crime? So all those Black mothers and family members who went to the funerals of their diseased loved ones don't care? Most of the protest against Hood Violence happens but the White Supremacy ran media doesn't care to cover that. You think the Poltiicans care about "Black on Black" crime and our communities? Hell no or they wouldn't look like shyt. Trust me, Blacks do not own the Liquor Stores and Guns Shops, and we damn sure ain't shipping the drugs in. I just hate when Black people using "Talking Points" that Whites use against us to minimize our struggle. Nobody saying Crime isn't a problem in our communities but before you get to effect you have to find the cause. There's a reason they are called "THE PROJECTS".

that's the shyt that kills me. Since when do we "not care" about black on black crime? That narrative started by some idiots that have no idea what they're even talking about.

doesn't imply this at any point in the damn song. You can't even point to a lyric that suggests that.
