i think the 3rd verse has merit and given the context of the song makes sense.

As long as he doesnt justify cops killing innocent blacks cause we kill our selves im good.

What i got from it is even though we(he) does all the things a black person is suppose to do, we have been conditioned to hate our selves. This is due to having to fight for what little was given to blacks and conditioning.

1st verse states white america hates us
2nd verse states the system itself hates us and tells us what we are supposed to be
3rd verse states we hate us due to conditioning
