The only things you've said is that there was no story and that people were reaching on certain details that you've yet to mention.

They on the skits and do ad libs on some the song...but this album was more personal for Kendrick...he put Jay Rock on the album probably as a "I owe you" after Jay Rock put K. Dot on his debut album..so he is just returning the favor..

Doing the YAWK YAWK YAWK YAWK on maad City, and think he's one of the voices of the guys that jump Kendrick.

I read Soul was the voice of his pops, not sure though.

Put this right before Good Kid. Cartoons and Cereal as the Intro. Take out Real and I gues Backseat Freestyle although it aint bad and we have a banger. A fluid banger . I know for a fact the execs had to get in his ear. No explanation for that kinda fukkery. Gunplay even sounded like 2Pac on the track from what I remember.

Staging robberies, smoking laced weed, robbing houses, jumping dudes, etc.

He was about that life, and this album was his way of coming to grips with his past.

What i'm saying is, that some details that are in the story you posted are reaching imo. If the exact theme of the story was clear just from listening, you wouldn't have to had post the story to make it more clearer. As a listener you don't just pick up the story just from listening to it, you actually have to listen to it looking for the story, and whoever wrote the original story that you got from another site, put their interpretations into it, therefore you get details that i think are a reach.
