With the dust starting to settle... I'm feeling like this is a solid 8/10

Album is definitely better than TPAB to me.

He made a album that is GREAT,as far as how good a listen it is....I ran it back twice,and I don't even like Kendrick like that as a rapper.

Might run it back again when I step out....gotta give him props for being able to make a album like this that not only has substance,but he even came through on some more commercial sounding joints....don't like the Rihanna song.

Don't know how he managed,but he made a album with almost no songs I would consider classic,yet I don't have the urge to skip 90-95% percent of the tracks on here.


Everybody knows I love Future and Migos more than Kendrick,but I cant say they delivered that for me on they last commercial releases,even with more standout songs I'd rather play more than any songs on this Kendrick album.

I guess his consistency or sequencing is what I'm applauding him for more than anything....Question is than that make a classic?and to that my answer is no

I'm a Kendrick fan but I'm not really feeling this album. I've given it a car listen and 2 headphones listens. Maybe it's just not for me. . There's some good stuff on here but I didn't there was alot of great songs.

Tracks like loyalty and love obviously aren't god level like those, but they're still really good tracks. Album is 4.5 mics at the least.
