Nope, because he has grown a lot since GKMC. His bars and flows which HE created have changed and his perspective too.

ON GKMC, he came in as a young man from fukked up situation trying to get on with rap and told that narrative. With TPAB, he came in as a man who made it but had to deal with depression and issues with loving himself, issues with relationship and knowing his self worth who was fighting spiritually trying to get piece of mind when he had a lot of money and should have been happy.

They're about the same tier. Drake can't do reflective rap or concept rappity rap with consistency, Kendrick can't do introspective rap or pop records with consistency.

Kendrick has done plenty of introspective rap. Like a heavy load of it. You're entitled to your opinion though

Lauryn Hill? Andre? Not even in rap. There are some other names.

I even like Kid Cudi's voice better and Kanye too though he uses auto tune but to each there own. Everyone has there preference.

TPAB is a universal classic. fukk the media and press, it's praised by decorated musicians across all genres as one of the greatest albums of all time.

Doesn't even make sense to entertain that.

If it was only the media an argument could be made. But too many scholars, professors, musicians etc. have raved about that album.
