Lol they still had the biggest albums last year...but since they dropped at the end of the year, of course they werent consumed for an entire year...
gnx crossed the 1 mili mark 2 weeks ago, in less than 2 months, vs the first album that took an entire year to reach 1.5 lol

Tbh kendrick is really a game changer for the west. After writting songs for other west coast legends, hes now running the coast himself

Kendrick running rap as a whole.

Kdot was already running rap quality wise for a decade, now running it commercially too

The game never had that kind of impact.

Being from LA i can tell you the streets bumped gnx and damn more than any album since doggystyle.

And op is right...the Best sellers of last year are kendrick and Tyler...the west also dominate songs charts, they also run the culture.
