Not really a problem for me. After cyberpunk I’m gonna want something on the shorter side, it will either be miles morales or this
I feel the same way, especially in this generation of DLC and expansions, is game length really finite?

there's probably areas and puzzles post game.

Mario Odyssey was like 4 - 5 hours long and had some good post game worlds and lots to collect while exploring.

But what about the frame rate tho

edit: can be finished over a weekend? Here we go with the bullshyt short ass games again

Spider-Man PS4 is also short enough to be beaten in a weekend, but look how great that game is. I'm a fan of longer games (being a JRPG fan kinda makes you have to be a fan of them), but if a game's pacing is consistent and enough happens in the plot to tell the story that needs to be told, it's fine to not be a 30-hour experience. Plus who knows if there's side quests and whatnot. The last thing you want is for a game to have padding that wasn't necessary and nobody wants to slog through. But I get the annoyance.

Plus "over the weekend" can mean a lot of things to a lot of different people, some people beat FF7 Remake in a weekend. A 15-hour game for its first outing is fine. Better they play it safe and nail what they're confident in nailing. In fact, I feel like most gamers beat games on the weekend since the time is a lot more free compared to a Wednesday, so it's no real change. But I do hope there's post-game content to flesh it out.
