Nas doesnt want full custody. He wanted joint custody. She was violating his visitation rights for mad long. Which is why he took her to court. And WON. And as far as him missing a bunch of CP payments. Dont believe the hype. If he was. This nikka would be in some real shyt. He especially wouldn't be as comfortable taking HER to court. He would have arrears and more than likely lose his driver's license and could face possible jail time. Unlike people who just take words for face value I know how this shyt ACTUALLY goes in court.
