Clydes, Solace, Le Diplomate, Pastis, Uncle Julios out Bethesda has bomb tacos.

I find a new spot every time I go

We got fam in DC area, them cats know their food is ass. When you ask them or even randoms in the area for recommendations they like

Especially when you tell them you from a city with good food.

Beautiful area in general but something throws me off about it.

I really like Keith Lee(been following him since he first started on tik tok in 2020)

His mission is to bring more publicity to struggling mom and pop shops, which is dope

However, because of his many food allergies/restrictions he has a limited palette I think? Also, he relies on his followers to give him good recs/doesn't do sit down restaurants. And so his food tour is going to miss the mark in certain aspects.

I haven't been to DC since I was a kid, but I feel like the best places in the DMV are going to be international restaurants.

Anyone from here knows that Baltimore is the superior food city in the area. DC is super underwhelming. Either the shyt is mid or the portions are trash for the high price.

NYC, Boston, Baltimore, can’t speak on Philly but those three alone are way better than DC.
