Baltimore has amazing food. During the Freddie Gray unrest I was under lockdown there and went daily to a Black owned restaurant in Ridgleys Delight near Pigtown. The food was amazing. The chef and owners were Black. Every day new menu.

Can you imagine Keith Lee waiting in his car for his family to pick up food from the warf . Truth is DC is a fine dining city. The carryout and soul food is average at best. People just throw mumbo sauce on everything to compensate
