I'd keep Fields, talk to the Commanders to trade down to 2, pick up another 2nd and a 4th, draft MHJ. The Bears seem to have rallied behind Fields

I would keep fields and pick up more picks by giving the number 1 away. They need to sure up that OLine and get Marvin Harrison jr.
Keep Fields, use the Panthers pick to trade down for MHJ and then use their own pick on a O-Lineman

If you're the bears you have to risk missing out on Marv to acquire multiple FRPs. Odunze is not a bad consolation prize if you have to trade 4 or lower.

That's exactly what I'd do. Except my trade down price would be The Commanders number 1 (2024), their number 2 (2024), their number 1 (2025), and Mclaurin. Then I'd draft Marvin Harrison Jr, and a bunch of defensive studs and an o-lineman.

I doubt you can get a haul like that. I feel like the other teams who could trade up probably know that this is a bit of a bind for the Bears in a way.

That's way too much to surrender for the Commanders to move from 2 to 1. They can just call your bluff and draft another QB

Justin Fields is athletic but he's not accurate enough and hasn't shown the ability to dissect defenses enough to be a consistent winner.
The issue is that the Bears have already committed to Eberflus going forward so if they draft a new QB, you have to assume Eberflus has a longer leash. I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing.

Id take Caleb and Trade Fields for a 2nd and 3rd. If Caleb turns out to be Stroud 2.0, Poles should be fired
The Flus earned another year with how the team rebounded and the defense performed. They should move on from Getsy and get a new OC IMO tho.
