If they had any HARD evidence on Keefe why wasn't he arrested a long time ago?

Probably due to the fact everything was hearsay for a while. I'm guessing he said something to someone or on one of these interviews that was enough to get an actual search warrant to search his place.

Suge is a long shot.

But, prosecutors could 100% offer him: his testimony for a sentence reduction/earlier date.

I personally think Suge is too damaged a witness, and may not even be willing, BUT he's been in prison for almost 8 years. And that starts to eat at you.

He's not eligible for parole for another 11 years. Don't think there's much that could be done to entice him unless his health is deteriorating.

Yea, aside from Keefe there are only a few dudes still alive from that time that could probably corroborate what happened or who were actually there in Vegas. The three other dudes in the car who were with Keefe (including the shooter Orlando Anderson) are all dead now.

The ones alive that are loose ends still are Zip, Reggie Wright, and Suge. Maybe Snoop.
