Keefe ain't even the one who fired the shots. That was his nephew Orlando Anderson in the back seat, who was killed 2 years later in 1998 in a gang shootout in Compton.

There's no statute of limitations on murder though so Keefe clout chasing in all those VLAD interviews you know the LVPD and LAPD was watching him.

This is kinda pulling at strings though. If they had any HARD evidence on Keefe why wasn't he arrested a long time ago?
