Yeah regardless if the rumours are truth out west the rumour was puffy put money on deathrow chains …. Now there is no actual proof of this but once a rumour gets out cats start to believe it … then keffe saying puffy wanted money on pac n suges head … again it’s only coming from keffe Dee but all this build up … puffy should have known better to have himself and biggie in la so soon after pac death …biggie or pufffy were bound to get killed been there …. And the fact of it all is bad boy/puff was cool with keefe d and the south sides, so it all set the tone for when they saw orlando in the lobby .. for the chain snatching regardless of a bounty. Either way .. fukk keefe d
If it was big dre, then it's believable that keefe just wanted to put some street fame on Orlando's name for saying he was the shooter, makes more sense if it was big dre, he was sitting next to the window, was fat as fukk, anyone sitting next to him would probably had to have their whole head stuck out the window if their arm was out shooting

The problem with this theory is that Keefe D did not know he was being recorded, and had no knowledge what he said was ever going to enter the public domain. So street fame for who? Ghosts? He was allegedly already a known hitter. Dude been saying from day one it was Orlando when he had everything to lose by lying and people on the internet desperately want it to be someone else.
