That may be true. Kavanaugh wrote an opinion in 09 regarding Presidents and ongoing lawsuits and shyt. I just personally don't think roe v wade will be overturned

Kavanaugh said Roe is "binding precedent." Which it is when you're on the appeals court. It's not when you're on the Supreme Court and can overrule the entire thing yourself.
