here he is defending it holding a child's hand.

"I have slept in the bed with many children."

This is the first video you get when you Google 'Michael Jackson admits to sleeping in bed with children'

Twice. Mike risked it all twice to have sleepovers with white children in his bedroom. What happened or didn't happen in there is another story. It’s a bad look either way and he should have never put himself in that position, not once, but twice. It’s inappropriate.

Mike is still the goat but breh had a problem. :francis:

I saw the lawyer on vlad

Mike never did Anything to the kids

Mike never had a childhood because Joe was too busy having them being adults at 5 years old and up ..

The problem was the parents who was scheming they way into bullshyt lawsuits with allowing they kids to stay over at mike crib..

They tried. MJ is still listened to heavily worldwide. Even Hollywood, TV and media still use his music, even most white people aren't on that too.

Sometimes people do realise with fame comes haters and threats. especially with the otherwordly MJ had.

We can't deny though he was a bit flawed (he was unnaturally close to kids but nefarious stuff wasn't proven years after and with the grown-up kids as well) and weird but that was due to his insane upbringing, constant fame and money from a young age. He wasn't a normal dude but we can all see the BS they tried with him.

Michael Jackson never touched any kids.
The OG allegations in '93 were an extortion attempt from the kid's father (who wanted MJ's money to finance his own Hollywood film/TV projects).

The FBI couldn't find enough dirt on MJ to convict him on even a misdemeanor in either case.
Tom Sneddon (the DA who went after him in both cases) found a legal loophole to include the 1993 allegations in the 2005 trial, and MJ was found not guilty on all counts, effectively winning both cases. This was after the police raided his home and found nothing.

Maculay Culkin and Aaron Carter maintain that MJ never inappropriately touched him.

The two current accusers have zero hard evidence and have lost every civil suit they've ever filed against MJ's estate. One of them claimed to have been touched in a train station that wasn't even built until '93. The building construction permits confirm this:

Never forget that Oprah was quiet about Harvey Weinstein but immediately took sides against Michael Jackson without a second thought:

And if that's not enough to convince you...

^Only dudes from Harlem talk like this. When the police raided his home and found p*rn, all of it was published in Harlem. If MJ were really about that life, there would have been some feature-length ( :dame: ) articles in those magazines.

I'll be fair to the other side for a minute... hanging around kids that much WAS a bad look, and he shouldn't have settled the 1993 case. Those two things made him LOOK guilty. People didn't realize he was dealing with severe mental health and addiction issues, not to mention signs of age regression over the childhood he never had. If he would have gotten some help after the Pepsi commercial incident and chilled on the plastic surgery, things could have been a lot different.

Michael Jackson had some weird moments for sure, but ultimately he was innocent. The industry is only using him as a scapegoat for all the real pdf files.

MJ didn't want to settle the case. He was out voted by his legal team. The reason why they advised to settle is because he was in the middle of a world tour, and he would have been for far money than if he cancelled it to fight a case. Also, MJ wanted the criminal trial before the civil trial.

:ohhh: You're right, his legal team really wanted to settle more than anything because of the tours.
Also, California law is different now than it was back then. IIRC you can't take someone to a criminal case right after a civil case anymore because it wouldn't be fair to the defendant (you're biasing the jury against them).
They knew what they were doing when they tried to railroad Michael Jackson in the 93 case.
