Certain music has helped to define certain periods in my life. Late Registration completely encompasses my early college years :mjcry:

Came out the Summer between my Freshman/Sophomore year when me and my friends were all home for summer vacation just getting lit, hooking up with the girls from hs we still were trying to check off our list and having fun all day/night

Every Sunday night, 10-15 heads would pile into my living room to catch the newest Entourage episode :jawalrus:. Damn that seems like forever ago now :damn::to:

Still need to add this to my vinyl collection :noah:

Yeah breh..I was going through it with school and some other shyt and I remember playing this album consistently, damn near non stop from the summer of 05 to mid year 06. By and far, one of my top 3 favorite albums of all time.

Ice Cube - Amerikkka's Most Wanted
Jay-Z - Reasonable Doubt

Nice :salute:

I was listening to some of this album yesterday. This was THE Kanye album IMO. I feel like Graduation was the celebration, but LR was the culmination of all Kanye's struggles to reach the level that he reached.

Wow, well put! :wow:

Nonsense. MBDTF was much better

Late Registration is magical. Over a decade and some change later, it's the 1 Kanye album I listen to the most outside of College Dropout.
The production on MBDTF stands out but song wise, it doesn't compare to the songs on LR or even CD. Ye and his writers were writing from the heart on LR and CD
Graduation was a party album with anthems
I appreciate 808's more now than I did when it dropped. That's an album that I don't even really compare to Ye's other albums cause it's not even a Hip Hop album
Yeezus had moments
Pablo was confusing.
