TLOP Was wack to me outside kf 2-3 songs, Ye was forgettable (literally never listened again after the initial run), JIK had some standouts that I can revisit.
It could be cause i was in the stadium but there were more songs that I felt hit hard than wtf songs lol. And even the WTF werent like them last albums it was just stuff id skip after a full run
i feel the same way...beats was good on tlop...lyrics so trash...but i gave him a pass..i cant do it no more

Why is this treated like it's a good thing? I mean, I'm glad we don't have to wait three months until the CDs are pressed to hear a finished album, but to release it the second you "finished" it (especially if you work like Kanye) is also a bad idea
yeah TLOP felt like a ton of rambling. It would have been better as a “Kanye Presents….” And just doing an artist compilation and he appears here and there
I remember when Kanye actually had plans and stuck to them. Like he did an interview in 2006 a full year before Graduation dropped. He said it would drop Septemeber of the following year and would have the same amount of songs as Blueprint. He pretty much stuck to that.
Sure he's re-released other versions of his albums and changed songs, but streaming gives him the freedom to tweak and change songs even after they are on the platforms and readily available and not like artists do with deluxe versions. Like you could download/stream an album today and Kanye tweets he added a Nas and Jay verse to a song or changed beats to a song because he had Dre tweak some drums.

Yeah, im no longer hype for this album. Ill listen but expectations is pretty low. Ye makes interesting music, but he hasn't really made consistently good music since Dark Twisted Fantasy

Crazy I was listening to "Otis" Today with a friend and I told him the Flex story about the radio. Then boom, Hov is back on a track with Ye after how many years? "Drunk in Love" Remix? Damn man. Forgiveness is powerful. That's the only song outside of the Sha'Carri track I've heard. I'll give the album a Spin.
