The albums I own of Kanye West are CD, LR, Grad, MDBTF.

And I went back to finally listen to 808's and Yeezus I'm like

I was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. TLOP was like a science project he knew about for months but made it the night before.

The only highlights of TLOP were Chance's verse on Ultralight Beams, 30 hours, I Love Kanye, the Father Stretch My Hands Pt 2 beat and Cudi singing/humming over it but that's it. Oh and No More Parties In L.A.

Ye won't even the highlight of his own album. His rhymes were corny, the majority of the beats were empty and weak. The sequencing was awful. Just a big mess. It was clear he won't focus and was just throwing shyt together and pushing it as "art" when it was just a pile of shyt as a whole project.

The beats are excellent

Kanye is trash on it. He has been for the last 2 albums and the numbers are showing it. I'm a big fan of dude but I can see through the bullshyt he's on right now. It's uninspired and pedestrian. Ye used to move the culture now he is another leech.

im sayin, we get some real emotional kanye bars about the dark craziness thats his life, mixed with him overseeing travis scott and mike dean in the studio, add in some cyhi lyrical oversigtht, some travis scott art/visual direction and some chance energy/positivity, then we might be onto something.

Yeah. But for the simple fact that Ye went threw a major breakdown last year, I have no expectations for this. I think bruh needs time away from the spotlight for a long time and needs to focus on his health. fukk the music.
