i dont think it was trash, but it wasnt what it coulda been.

he had the makings of a fire album for TLOP, but stuff that made the cut wasnt always better than stuff that didnt.

i dunno why that happened, but hopefully that kinda stuff is pored over better this time.

i feel like people always looked past kanyes antics in the past because no matter how crazy he acted or what he did, he always backed it up with the music. (i did at least)

i think MBDTF is the last album for that, as i think yeezus was a hot turd, and TLOP was fine, but mostly forgettable except for a handful of cuts.

i think if he had pushed some of those songs more, and made videos for them, that album would be revisited and prolly had some more steam, but it seems like maybe kanye had a lot going on and couldnt focus on the visuals for that album as much as we/he'd hope for.

maybe with this album he will give it the proper treatment and get some visuals poppin too. and not be still working on album cuts after its released and shyt like TLOP
