Exactly! Slavery went on for centuries. All our people knew was slavery and also thanks to the slavemasters teaching the slavery was ordained by God and for slaves to obey their masters it was able to go on. Yeah you had some revolts but for good majority all they knew was slavery since that's what their parents and grandparents had been.

nikka if you read slave narratives you'll learn that slaves damn well knew what was going on. Hell, Exodus was one of the main articles of the bible taught to slaves on all plantations back then. You mean to tell me some of them didnt see the parallels to their own suffering?
