Any celebrity who puts themselves out there as much as he does is going to get hate from all angles. Every human on the planet is a hypocrite on some level or another, but because he's so ridiculous with it and puts himself out there as much as he does, he's going to get more of it than most. He is passionate and creative, but he's also pretentious and clearly has a lot of yes men in his camp.

He suffers from the same syndrome of a Jay-Z at times. Trying extremely hard to get acceptance and respect from the elites who seem him as nothing more than a tapdancer with a lot more money than the other tapdancers.
