i think the problem with chokehold bans as implemented so far is there are usually exceptions for "when an officer's life is in danger," and the judicial system almost always accepts police accounts.

so in order for a national ban to be effective it can't have these exceptions. it should definitely happen because there is no legitimate reason for police to do this

Pence did a good job controlling the narrative, but we need to remember everyone pretty much agreed that he failed to answer the important questions. Some altogether and others completely dishonestly.

Usually I'd agree but they're up like 10 points. Just state the case, protect your personal record, and present Biden as a better choice. She did that imo.
