i dont see how he wins this lawsuit, if all we're going off is what we've seen so far

the problem isnt that the nfl is racist; the problem is that white america is racist. but you cant sue the nfl for not wanting to upset its racist fanbase and incurring backlash by signing him. they didnt need to 'collude', or even meet about it. they all know that signing kaepernick is a bad move from a business standpoint, because their racist fanbases have decided to make this protest about police brutality into a lie about 'the military' and 'america', etc, etc, etc :scusthov:

so while i hope he wins, i dont see how he does it in a court of law
Feminist Bomani made a great point

I'm sure he expects to lose, then, appeal to federal where.....:banderas: NFL officials can be compelled to tesify under oath :banderas:

I love how kap is trolling the NFL not for mear employment but to truly blow it up and empower the players.

I doubt he cares about his employment. But the ignorant will say as such.

But I'll say most players will hate him for it. Not knowing he is a martyrdom for them.

Who would have ever thought, this whole protest situation would make JED YORK (as for a progressive owner on these racial issues), look like the best owner in the league. He's been the only owner who's been behind the players. Well, him and Arthur Blank.

The players will love him for blowing up the CBA. They’ve been complaining about it since the ink dried.

Had the NFL passed the mandate ordering everyone to stand for the pledge, I wonder if Kaep could've used that rule against the NFL in his case... :jbhmm:

And off topic, every time I see DeMaurice Smith in writing or him on TV, I get upset. The only one benefiting from these terrible NFL CBAs is him. No one can tell me different.

It was all for show. They really are arrogant enough to fake gestures and think it'll blow over......the extra fukking sad part is the NFLPA went along with it.

How D.Smith sorry ass got reelected for NFLPA is beyond laughable. I will say the clip is true, goodell is not the "evil dictator" people think he is, he's simply a mouthpiece for the owners.

Also he said the owners "don't know how to make it go away". Give the man a damn opportunity. Also with him about to be 30 next month, the narrative will be "he's too old" next year.:beli:
