Kap really played his cards right

I honestly don't even think it's about the money for him at all, bruh is well off

He wants to expose the racism in the nfl

I don't even think he knew what he started, but once it happened, he's just rolling with it

Everybody is wondering about if he has a chance to win or not. The biggest thing is the fact that this is going to be an absolutely horrific pr nightmare for the NFL. Even if the NFL owners are found not at fault, the fact that it got to this point is not a good look at all. Shyt is really about to hit the fan.

Yeah, it let's you know that a lot of us still don't understand white supremacy. They seem to think that the justice system that unfairly lets police kill people will somehow allow Kap to take down white billionaires.

And the thread title is misleading.

Kaep hasn't filed a lawsuit against the NFL. The tweet indicates that he may have filed a union grievance
under the collective bargaining agreement between the league and the NFLPA.

The union would then have to file an action on Kaep's behalf against the league and the owners that would
then go to federal arbitration.

So I'm not getting the premature end zone dance celebrating Kaep's impending legal victory.

Goddell probably begging Thompson/GB to call Kaep right now to "PROTECT THE SHIELD" :scust::smugfavre:
Underrated statement.

What I said all along is a star QB has to go down and you just need someone to hold it down. GB offensive line is bad and #12 covers up a lot of their mistakes. IF he is done for the season do you just say fukk it hundley and what if he struggles like he did today?

Kap needs to go to a team with a loyal fanbase and solid owner and coach. Rodgers was the first prominent white QB to speak up for Kap.

I wonder what role goodell is playing behind the scenes or even Rodgers himself may cosign it.

As far as his case, it's so circumstantial that he needs emails or tapped convo's with owners or GM saying something disparaging and the NFL money is a lot longer than kap's so it will long drawn out and those lawyer retainer fees are bytch... But to not even give the man a workout speaks volumes...
